Where are you located? How can I visit you？
Our international market office is in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, east part of China.
The airport name is Wenzhou International Airport, the train station is Wenzhou South station. From Shanghai city to our city by plane takes 1 hour, and by high-speed train about 3 hours.
You can talk with our sales representatives; they will guide you the best way to travel inside China.
What kind of machines do you have in your group?
We specialize in high quality paper converting machine, the main products including industrial paper cutter, paper sheeting machines, paper slitting rewinding machines, A4 paper cutting and packing machines etc. We expert in paper cutting technology and provide you with one-stop paper cutting solutions.
How to get a quotation?
Please feel free to contact our sales team by email, phone call, or WeChat and WhatsApp. The more details you send to us, the better for us to understand your requirements. Then we can work out the quotation for you within 24 hours for standard machine. For customized machine depends on your unique specification and usually not more than 3 working days.
How to place order with your company?
After discussing with our sales teams, and finalized your machine specifications, then we will send you the quotation, after confirmed it by both parties, we will send you contract or proforma invoice, then you can forward our proforma invoice to your bank for the payment.
What is your payment term?
Our payment term usually is: 30% total invoice value by T/T as deposit, the balance before shipment. For some special made equipment, the deposit will be 40-50% depends on the specification and real conditions.
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF basis, or any city inside of China ( land transportation cost calculate separately).

Which port do you usually ship?
Usually, we arrange ship on Ningbo port, but we can arrange to ship at any port in China to convenient for you. Please feel free to talk with our sales team.
What is delivery time for the machine?
Well, the normally delivery time for standard single machine takes 20-45 days, but it depends on which kind of machine. You can discuss with our sales team, they will advice you the delivery time before you place order.
How to transport the machine to our country?
After test run and strict inspection before shipment, the machine will be packed in wooden boxes or simple protection wrapping( for large size machine lines), we will transport the machine to seaport warehouse, or arrange the container to come to our factory to load the machines ( we will fasten the machine inside the container). It can be shipped by sea, by railway or by air, please tell us your requirement to our sales team, they will arrange it for you.
If you don’t have your own shipping agent in your country, then we can arrange the shipping for you, we deliver the machine worldwide and with lots of experiences in the past 20 more years.
What is the machine quality warranty？
The machines sold by our company, you can get min one year start from the installation successfully at your plant. Some of our machines have 2 years parts guarantee.
Within the guarantee period, if the machine parts damaged, we will help our customers to change new parts for free (Excluding the damaged by abnormal operations).
Usually, before shipment we will put some free spare parts inside the package to ship with the machine. We will also give you a suggested buying parts list, you can buy some spare parts and keep it for future use, so can assure your machine working all the time.
What is your after-sale service?
About complicated machine installation:
If you request us to arrange engineers to go to your factory for installation and training, then we will arrange the visa and travelling things with you together.
About simple machine installation:
For the simple machine, we will provide installation videos and instructions to you, you can install it by your own technician, we will support you to install and train your operators online via group talk or video-meeting.
About machine system upgrade:
Most of our machines support online upgrades, you can send email to us to finalize the service time.
About future spare parts supply and technical support:
You can send us via email or message, what spare parts you need, we will arrange it to you and send it by DHL or FEDEX, we provide whole machine life technical support, anything need please feel free to contact us directly.
